  • Roma Tomatoes
  • Cappellini Noodles
  • Puréed Veggie Boost (spinach, yellow squash, avocado carrots)
  • Tomato Paste
  • Yellow Onion
  • Organic White Mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Organic Pitted Dates
  • Fresh Basil
  • Italian herbs (Fennel, Thyme, Oregano, Marjoram)

STOVETOP HEATING INSTRUCTIONS (RECOMMENDED)
  1. Thaw the meal for approximately 2 ½ hours or overnight in the refrigerator for best results.
  2. In a 1.5L saucepan, add 2 ½ cups of water and bring it to a boil, then turn off the heat.
  3. Loosen the lid on the jar and place the thawed meal in the hot water.
  4. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then carefully remove the lid, stir the meal, and replace the lid. Leave the jar in the water for an additional 3-5 minutes until fully warmed.
  5. Taste-test before serving to ensure a safe and enjoyable temperature.

  4. Stir, check the temperature, and allow it to cool briefly before serving.

 

6oz Serving

  1. Ensure the meal is thawed for optimal heating.
  2. Remove contents from the jar and place 6oz of the meal in a microwave-safe container.
  3. Cover and heat on high for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir well, check the temperature, and allow it to cool before serving.
